How many times do I have to do each excersise per day to see results?
Okay well I’m playing rugby next year, so I wanted a really strong core and lower body, and my arms just to be strong enough. What excersises should I do, and send me a picture/link to tell me what they are and how to do them. I found this for strengthening my legs:

To gain leg muscle I would do calf raises along with those exercises. If you do 3 or more reps of 15-20, 2-3 times a day with 30 second increments in between the reps you should be able to notice a difference in at least 3 months. That differs from person to person, gaining muscle is based largely due to what you eat so follow a balanced diet.
