What are some recommended daily vitamins to take?
I am 18 and I'm starting to get to eat healthier and increasingly in the gym. The last time I checked, my BMI is 27 and I have no energy to it. I have flax oil, calcium pills, and seeds of guarana (a vitamin I read a Victoria's Secret model has, but not too sure how accurate it is). Also fish oil is good to hear … Is there a limit how many to take each day? What should I really?
Personally, I take a multivitamin or multimineral and vitamin supplement D every day. Many people are deficient in vitamin D, and can cause various health problems. I also plan to start taking a fish oil supplement, and that fish oil has a lot of health benefits.
